Admissions Period:
We have a capacity to care for up to 14 children year-round. Based on availability, we can enroll new admissions throughout the year. We are happy to accept siblings upon open availability.

18 months – five years

Monday through Friday
7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Enrollment Packet:
Our enrollment packet is saved in a form-fillable .PDF format. To use the packet, download it from the link above and save it to a folder on your computer or device. Once saved open the packet using a .PDF reader application such as Acrobat Reader and enable the “Fill and Sign” feature in your reader application. Once you have completed the packet save it again and then print it out and sign on each page where a signature is required. We will need to receive an original packet with original ink signatures for our file upon admission.
